We are seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Sales (Cloud & Data) to grow new business through AWS, Microsoft and Databricks partnerships. You will build a pipeline, coordinate joint pursuits and shape value-led proposals for enterprise clients. Responsibilities

• Build pipeline and win new business for EPAM’s cloud and data offerings through proactive prospecting
• Develop joint opportunities with AWS, Microsoft and Databricks by aligning on targets and partner motions
• Coordinate internal and partner teams on deal execution, pipeline reviews and forecasting
• Lead value propositions, sales plans and responses to requests for proposal (RFPs) with stakeholders across EPAM
• Drive regional co-marketing and field activities while sharing partner learnings across global teams
• Strengthen partner relationships by promoting EPAM capabilities, references and success stories
• Enable internal teams through partner playbooks, training sessions and supporting materials
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle through contract close in partnership with legal and delivery teams

Requirements

• Experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature
• Knowledge of cloud and data ecosystems in enterprise environments
• Ability to generate demand through outbound outreach and partner-led prospecting
• Background shaping complex solution proposals with cross-functional teams
• Experience partnering with legal teams on contract negotiation and deal governance
• Track record in solution selling and building long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Confidence engaging executive stakeholders with clear communication and strong stakeholder management
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through account expansion and new logo acquisition
