We are looking for an experienced Dental Surgical Assistant to join our team at KLINIK PERGIGIAN DENTARRA, located in Tanjung Rambutan, Perak. This is a full-time position where you will play an essential role in supporting our dental professionals and ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality patient care.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the dentist during consultations and dental procedures.
• Prepare, clean, sterilise, and maintain dental instruments and treatment rooms.
• Provide patient care before, during, and after treatment.
• Manage patient appointments, records, and general clinic administration.
• Handle insurance and corporate panel submissions and claims.
• Order, receive, and monitor dental materials, medications, and clinic supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, and maintain proper inventory records.
• Support the clinic's marketing activities, including social media, promotions, CSR programmes, health screenings, and external events.
• Identify opportunities for corporate partnerships, school visits, and community outreach programmes.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe clinical environment.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company to support the daily operations and growth of the clinic.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Surgical Assistant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, dentists, and the wider dental team
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Proficient in the use of dental equipment and instruments
• A genuine interest in the dental field and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
