TE DINAMIK SDN BHD Hiring! Full Time Quantity Surveyor in Perak, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

1) Responsible for preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates and quotations for projects, as well as compiling and submitting tender documents.

2) Responsible for preparing and following up on project progress claims and payments with clients, consultants, and Quantity Surveyors (QS) to ensure timely certification and payment.

3) Responsible for preparing and issuing COIs, memos, official letters, and other project-related correspondence, as well as maintaining proper documentation and filing records.

4) Responsible for sourcing and obtaining quotations from various subcontractors and suppliers, evaluating and comparing prices, negotiating rates and terms, recommending and awarding suitable subcontractors/suppliers, verifying claims and invoices, and monitoring overall project costs to ensure effective cost control within the approved budget.

# Candidates with relevant working experience will be given preference.

# Candidates who are able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin will be given preference.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
