- Streamline processes to improve efficiency and compliance within the accounting and finance departments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with local regulations and organisational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR service delivery, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address HR needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain HR systems for reporting and analytics.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR shared services team, fostering professional growth.
A Successful Head Of HR Shared Services Should Have
- A strong background in HR operations within the business services industry.
- Payroll and Workday expertise is a MUST.
- Proven expertise in managing shared services teams and HR processes.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Experience in supporting accounting and finance departments is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from MYR 140,000 to MYR 360,000.
