Are you passionate about MICE, business development and building strong client relationships?Amazing Borneo Tours & Events is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager (MICE) to lead our MICE sales efforts, grow key accounts and drive new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead MICE sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
• Develop new corporate accounts and strengthen key client relationships
• Manage sales pipelines, proposals, pricing and negotiations
• Lead, coach and develop the MICE sales team
• Identify new markets, business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery
• Monitor sales performance, profitability and market trends
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events and industry engagements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in MICE sales / business development
• Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets
• Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and commercial awareness
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia — compulsory
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, events or related industries is an advantage
