Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Operations Manager to oversee business operations, improve processes, and support the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily business operations.
- Develop and improve operational processes and workflows.
- Monitor business performance and prepare management reports.
- Manage business systems, data, and reporting frameworks.

- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.

- Experience with business systems, reporting, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management tools.

- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
