Summary
Responsible for leading the Group's overall human capital strategy, encompassing total rewards, talent acquisition, attendance management, organizational development, employee relations, and regulatory compliance, ensuring full alignment with the Group's business expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cross-market compensation benchmarking (Taiwan, China, and Malaysia) to ensure the Group's Total Rewards offering remains competitive
- Lead China market talent acquisition strategy with in-depth knowledge of China's talent ecosystem, major recruiting platforms (BOSS Zhipin, Liepin, Lagou, etc.), and local compensation structures
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the Group's business objectives
- Lead AI-driven transformation of HR processes, including automated recruitment screening, interview assessment, and internal employee service automation
- Ensure all HR policies comply with labor regulations across all operating jurisdictions (Taiwan, China, Malaysia, etc.)
- Establish HR compliance frameworks for cross-border remote employees, covering employment contracts, payroll compliance, and local regulatory adherence
- Champion DEI initiatives and cross-cultural workplace practices suited to distributed remote teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR management or leadership role
- Malaysia talent market recruitment or remote workforce management experience
- Proven China market talent acquisition experience with in-depth knowledge of China's talent ecosystem
- Cross-border remote workforce management experience, with familiarity with labor regulations in at least Taiwan and China
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or equivalent tools) and attendance management modules
- Excellent Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken) is required; English communication skills are a plus
- HR management background in technology or digital entertainment industries is preferred
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools to optimize HR processes
- Strong self-directed learning capability with active interest in exploring AI tool applications
- Experience leading HR integration in cross-border mergers and acquisitions
Pay: RM30,000.00 - RM70,000.00 per month
