We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Service Crew to join our team at Kozi Square. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area, tables, and equipment.
• Ensure customers receive their orders promptly and accurately.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Restock supplies and ensure service areas are properly maintained.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
