Role Summary
We are looking for a organized, detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support our day-to-day business operations and client project workflows. In this entry-level remote role, you will handle core administrative tasks and participate in hands-on app testing to ensure our team fully understands project requirements and user journeys.
No prior administrative or technical experience is required
—we provide structured, step-by-step training to teach you our internal tools, testing workflows, and operational systems.
Key Responsibilities
App & Product User Testing:
Download, explore, and test partner mobile apps (iOS & Android) to experience user journeys, test basic features, and document key project flows for the team.
Administrative Support:
Assist with routine data entry, updating internal tracking spreadsheets, organizing digital files, and scheduling internal meetings.
Project Documentation:
Take notes during team syncs, compile brief testing feedback reports, and organize client onboarding materials.
Communication & Coordination:
Respond to internal operational requests and assist in passing project updates between project leads and account managers.
Process Learning:
Complete guided training modules on digital office tools, basic project management software, and app evaluation frameworks.
Qualifications & Requirements
No prior work experience needed
—open to fresh graduates, career switchers, or entry-level job seekers.
Comfort using smartphones (iOS/Android) and a willingness to explore and test new mobile applications.
Basic familiarity with everyday computer applications (such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel/Word, or web browsers).
