Position summary

The Senior Material Handler is responsible to ensure daily production smoothness by coordinating material handler for daily production activity. Assist Process Engineer related to 4M readiness and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Material handling/preparation/top-up.
• To coordinate material handler for routine material handling activity.
• To maintain material handling equipment to ensure it is good condition.
• To update material stock in material handling store.
• To provide technical supervision to material handler.
• To assist process engineer related to material handler 4M readiness.
• To assist process engineer related to material handling improvement activity.
• To assist process engineer in material handler skill improvement.

Requirement

• Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
• Possess SPM or an equivalent qualification.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual material handling tasks.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and on shift schedules when required.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work well in a team.
• Experience in material handling or manufacturing is an advantage; however, fresh graduates with a Certificate in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
