Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable E-Commerce Assistant to process daily e-commerce orders from (SiteGiant, Shopee, etc.) platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily online orders from online platforms (SiteGiant, Shopee, etc.).
• Monitor stock levels on shelves and perform timely restocking.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Handle returns and refunds.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Well-groomed, hardworking, and self-motivated.
• Able to work overtime during double digit sales (e.g. 10.10, 11.11, 12.12)

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in e-commerce platforms such as: Shopee, Sitegiant, etc.
• Experience in handling returns, refunds, and customer service queries professionally.

Job Type: Full Time, 6 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-5pm)
