Job Description

Responsibilities

DIGITAL EXPERIENCE & CREATIVE MEDIA

1. Portal UI & Digital Experience Design

  • Design and enhance user interface (UI) components for CGC Digital portals, websites, and digital platforms.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and responsive layouts using Figma or similar design tools.
  • Collaborate with Product, Business, and Technology teams to improve user experience (UX) and customer journeys.
  • Support implementation of front-end designs using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining design systems, component libraries, and UI standards.

2. Creative Media & Design

  • Design marketing visuals, infographics, banners, email creatives, landing page assets, and event materials.
  • Develop engaging visual storytelling content to promote CGC Digital products, services, and ecosystem initiatives.
  • Utilize AI-powered creative tools to accelerate content creation, image generation, video editing, and design workflows.

Additional Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent design tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design methodologies and design thinking concepts.
  • Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia production.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design and content creation tools.
  • Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, website designs, creative campaigns, multimedia content, or digital products.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Art & Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Media, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Interactive Media, UI/UX Design, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates under the Protégé Programme are encouraged to apply.
  • With design portfolio showcasing creative design, digital media, website design, motion graphics, or multimedia projects.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
