Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with on-site guidance and training for product trials, help customers solve technical problems, become a technical communication bridge between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations.
• Cooperate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, provide solutions and after-sales technical support.
• Responsible for the preparation of project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans and other technical documents.
• Collect and sort out the needs from the client and the market, and provide more accurate and timely information for back-end products and R&D.'
• Participate in relevant marketing activities and keynote speeches.
• Carry out technical exchanges and cooperation with partners.
• Ticket processing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field..1+ years of working experience in IT and Internet related companies.
• Familiar with the mainstream technology and related company products in the cloud computing industry.'
• Experience in after-sales, R&D or operation and maintenance of medium and large-scale projects is preferred.
• 'Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
