Responsibilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network & infrastructure solutions
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure, server, and network-related incidents
- Manage UAT, Production & Disaster Recovery (DR) environments
- Ensure timely system upgrades, security patching, and vulnerability remediation
- Support audits, maintain documentation, and enhance IT policies & SOPs
- Lead and participate in infrastructure-related projects
Role Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in network & infrastructure support
- Strong knowledge in AD, Azure, O365, VMware, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, VPN, SIEM, backup solutions, and security technologies
- CCNA certification is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
- Willing to provide after-hours support when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
