· Assist live stream hosts with backend operations before and during live streaming sessions.

· Manage and update products, prices, promotions, vouchers, and other relevant information during live sessions.

· Monitor live stream performance and ensure products are displayed correctly.

· Assist the host in managing customer comments, product links, pinned products, and promotional information.

· Coordinate with the host, customer service team, warehouse team, and e-commerce team when necessary.

· Monitor customer orders and assist with order-related issues during live sessions.

· Ensure all product information and promotional details are accurate.

· Troubleshoot basic technical or platform-related issues during livestreams.

· Prepare products and backend settings before each livestream.

· Monitor livestream activities and report any issues to the superior.

· Assist with other livestream and e-commerce operational tasks as assigned.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
