Telemarketer / Call Centre Executive

Location: Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: RM2,000 – RM4,000 per month for full-time, depending on experience and capabilities
Additional Earnings: Performance Incentives / Commission

About the Role

We are looking for confident and motivated Telemarketers / Call Centre Executives to join our team.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing products or services, identifying interested prospects and arranging appointments or follow-ups where applicable.

Training, calling scripts and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using leads provided by the Company.
• Introduce relevant products, services or campaigns according to the approved calling script.
• Communicate professionally and confidently with prospects.
• Identify interested or suitable prospects based on the requirements of each campaign.
• Arrange appointments or follow-up calls where applicable.
• Accurately record call outcomes and prospect responses in the Company's CRM or designated system.
• Update lead statuses after each call.
• Follow provided scripts, campaign guidelines and operating procedures.
• Handle common questions and objections professionally.
• Follow up with prospects where required.
• Work towards agreed call, appointment and campaign-performance targets.
• Maintain appropriate standards of customer communication and data confidentiality.
• Perform other telemarketing and customer-engagement duties reasonably related to the role.

Performance Incentives

In addition to the basic salary, employees may be eligible for performance incentives and/or commission.

Incentives may be based on factors such as:

• Qualified appointments generated
• Successful leads or outcomes
• Achievement of agreed call or appointment targets
• Campaign performance
• Sales or revenue attributable to the employee's work, where applicable

The applicable incentive structure will be communicated separately according to the campaign and responsibilities assigned.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective customers over the phone.
• Confident, positive and professional telephone manner.
• Able to follow scripts and campaign guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM or online systems.
• Able to accurately record call outcomes and customer information.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working towards performance targets.
• Previous telemarketing, telesales, call centre or customer service experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Training can be provided to suitable candidates.

Salary & Benefits

Full-Time: RM2,000 – RM4,000 per month, depending on experience and capabilities.

Part-Time: Compensation will be discussed based on working hours and experience.

Additional Earnings: Performance incentives and/or commission based on agreed targets and results.
