Service Coordinator
Our client is an established machinery and technical solutions company providing equipment, spare parts and after-sales services to customers across various industries.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer service requests and schedule service jobs for technical teams.
• Monitor service progress and maintain accurate job records using Excel.
• Communicate with customers regarding service appointments, repairs, maintenance and job status.
• Prepare service reports, job sheets, spare parts quotations and related documentation.
• Coordinate spare parts orders, deliveries and stock availability with suppliers.
• Assist with warranty claims and related documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Technical teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in service coordination, service administration or a technical/industrial environment.
• Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable communicating with customers, suppliers and technical teams.
• Basic technical knowledge is an advantage; training will be provided.
