About the role :

Ideatect Concept is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in driving & maximize sales and supporting the delivery of upcoming & ongoing projects for our growing company.

Responsibilities :

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction industry, to contact customers assigned by the Marketing Team.
• Identify and qualify renovation leads across Negeri Sembilan and Melaka managing each opportunity from first contact to contract.
• Engage with potential clients for renovation and interior design services business (Negeri Sembilan, Melaka) to understand their needs and requirements, to arrange appointments and conduct site visits to customers’ house.
• Prepare clear, timely quotations and proposals that outline scope, materials and pricing.
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and translate client requirements into actionable briefs for designers and the technical team.
• Work with Interior Designers on plans and 3D drawings to confirm feasibility and align expectations.
• Negotiate contract terms, monitor payment schedules and follow up to close deals while protecting project quality and margins.
• Coordinate smooth project handovers and assist the Sales Manager with growing the sales team and creating customer-facing handover content and interviews.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives, also participate in social media content creation for marketing purposes (project handover & customer interviews)

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
