• Promote the company’s services, projects, and activities through social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and the company website.
• Regularly update and manage company job scopes, project information, photos, and videos on social media and the company website.
• Create and publish engaging content to increase company visibility and online presence.
• Capture and edit photos and videos of company projects, site activities, and completed works for promotional purposes.
• Maintain and update the company’s social media pages and website with the latest company and project information.
• Assist in developing creative digital content, posters, videos, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to basic enquiries or comments when required.
• Assist in promoting company services and generating potential customer enquiries.
• Identify and research potential new customers and companies that may require the company’s engineering, fabrication, maintenance, civil, mechanical, piping, and related services.
• Prepare and send company profiles, introduction letters, brochures, and service information to potential customers through email and other appropriate communication channels.
• Contact potential customers by telephone and email to introduce the company and enquire about upcoming projects, tenders, RFQs, and business opportunities.
• Search for new companies, contractors, factories, and project opportunities through online platforms, business directories, and other available sources.
• Assist in managing user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
