• Source and acquire new customer through digital platforms, referrals and other sales channels.
• Promote and recommend suitable loan packages, including tele-sales for new and existing customers.
• Assist customer with loan applications, agreement signing and submission of required documents.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationship through professional and timely communications.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide support on account-related matters.
• Perform data entry , documentations and system updates accurately.
• Monitor customer's repayment and follow-up on overdue accounts.
• Assist in basic credit assesment, verification of customer information, and reporting to superior.
• Ensure proper filling , record keeping and adherence to company procedures.
• Support branch operations, including general housekeeping and administrative tasks .
• Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
