QTS USA LLC Hiring! Work from Home Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect in - Ricebowl

QTS Global a leading company for IT Managed Services needs a Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect to support our client with Microsoft 365 migration including Intune, 365 Email, Teams, Share Point and Azure Cloud Virtual Machine Setup. This is a project-based engagement involving the design, integration and governance of the enterprise built on Microsoft's ecosystem. Technical implementation is the key objective along with the ability to ensure these systems work together efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution specially ensuring timely action on deliverables from the client so that the project does not over-extend its completion.
• Team Alignment ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Resource Management coordinating third-party vendors with QTS Operations Team if necessary
• Communication and Reporting providing status updates and preparing comprehensive project documentation.
• Technical Execution: Perform hardware installations and/or migration specifically MS365 Migration (setup or migration, Intune management), Azure VM creation (Veeem backup for 365) and must be knowledgeable with 21 Vianet compatibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Typically 3–5+ years in IT project management or related roles, with experience in delivering IT solutions
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT infrastructure and audits.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical and Organizational Skills: Ability to track KPIs and ensure on-time delivery on the client side.

Pay: $80.00 per hour
