Contract Term : Permanent Placement

Position : Thermal Head Design ( a must) in automation Equipment Design.

Job description:

Thermal head design (a must) in automation Equipment design

• Lead the design and development of thermal and mechanical solutions for semiconductor equipment, including thermal head.
• Drive thermal architecture design, heat dissipation strategies, and temperature control solutions to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and product stability.
• Develop and review 3D models, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation using SolidWorks or other CAD tools.
• Provide technical leadership during design reviews, risk assessments, validation, and engineering decision-making activities.
• Oversee machine build, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and ensure designs meet performance, quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance, including on-site support during installation, qualification, or customer escalation when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in thermal mechanical design, preferably within semiconductor equipment or high-precision engineering industries.
• Strong hands-on experience in Thermal Head is a must.
• Proficient in SolidWorks or other CAD tools for 3D modeling, detailing, and mechanical design development.
• Strong knowledge of heat transfer, thermal management principles, and precision mechanical design methodologies.
• Proven leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in engineering environments.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM10,034.76 per month
