About the role
Assist guests by providing information, handling requests, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions and services to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Assist with transportation arrangements, reservations, and guest requests.
- Recommend local attractions, dining options, and activities.
- Coordinate luggage assistance when required.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of local events and points of interest.
About you
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
