Job Responsibilities:

1. Production Operations（生产操作）

• Operate and monitor anodizing production lines for aluminum or titanium components, including sulfuric acid anodizing (Type II), hard anodizing (Type III), and chromic acid anodizing (Type I) processes .
• Prepare parts for anodizing: perform cleaning, degreasing, masking, and racking/fixturing to ensure proper electrical contact and uniform coating results .
• Set up and verify equipment readiness: power supply settings, rectifier connections, tank levels, timers, and safety systems .
• Prioritize jobs based on production schedules and maintain efficient workflow through the anodizing line .

2. Process Control & Chemical Bath Maintenance（工艺控制与槽液维护）

• Control and adjust process parameters including voltage, temperature, immersion time, and electrolyte concentration to achieve specified oxide thickness, color, and surface condition .
• Perform regular chemical bath analysis and testing; replenish solutions as required to maintain bath stability and process consistency .
• Assist with makeup, replenishment, and cleaning of surface treatment vats .
• Monitor bath conditions and take corrective action when deviations are detected.

3. Quality Control & Inspection（质量控制与检验）

• Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify part quality, including color shade/range, coating uniformity, surface condition, and oxide thickness .
• Use inspection tools such as thickness gauge, color comparator, micrometers, calipers, and surface roughness testers .
• Verify that finished parts meet engineering drawing specifications and customer requirements.
• Record inspection data and maintain accurate batch records, travelers, and bath logs for traceability .
• Identify non-conformances, analyze root causes of rejects, and assist in implementing corrective actions .

4. Troubleshooting & Process Improvement（故障排除与工艺改善）

• Identify and resolve process abnormalities such as color inconsistency, coating defects, and electrical contact issues .
• Participate in process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance product quality .
• Collaborate with engineers on new product trial runs, process validation, and sample development .

5. Safety & 5S Compliance（安全与5S合规）

• Strictly adhere to all safety regulations for chemical handling, including proper use of PPE (gloves, apron, face shield, safety glasses, respirator as required) .
• Ensure proper chemical labeling, storage, spill response procedures, and waste handling per site EHS rules .
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S principles .
• Comply with environmental and occupational health requirements for chemical process areas .

6. Documentation & Reporting（文档与报告）

• Complete accurate and legible documentation: travelers, batch records, inspection check sheets, and electronic system entries .
• Maintain daily production logs including output count, rejection rate, and downtime records.
• Report equipment malfunctions and process deviations to supervisors promptly.

7. Additional Duties（其他职责）

• Assist in training new operators on anodizing processes and safety procedures as needed.
• Support other finishing operations (e.g., passivation, sealing, dyeing, chemical conversion coating) when required .
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
