Job Description:

• Manage daily Fresh & Frozen department operations.
• Monitor sales, gross profit, stock availability and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure product freshness, quality, proper merchandising and presentation.
• Manage ordering, stock levels, FIFO, expiry, wastage and shrinkage.
• Monitor chiller/freezer temperature and cold-chain compliance.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and company SOP standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and Procurement on deliveries and product quality.
• Execute promotions and seasonal merchandising activities.
• Supervise, train and coordinate department staff.
• Handle customer feedback and product-related complaints.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years’ experience in Fresh/Frozen, supermarket, hypermarket or FMCG retail.
• Knowledge of food safety, stock control, merchandising and cold-chain management.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
