Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, knead, proof, shape, and bake various types of bread and dough products
• Follow standardized recipes and production procedures
• Ensure consistent product quality, taste, and appearance
• Operate bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, proofing cabinets, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation in compliance with food safety standards (HACCP / GMP if applicable)
• Monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages
• Assist in daily production planning and batch scheduling

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per hour
