Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define job requisitions, and establish candidate criteria.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and employee referral programs.
• Maintain and update candidate data within the Data based.
• Assist with onboarding procedures and candidate communication to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven track record using recruitment platforms and screening candidates.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
