POSITION: SITE SUPERVISOR

• Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with safety requirements and company safety procedures.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.
• Recommend and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and safety inductions for workers and site personnel.
• Ensure workers use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly.
• Monitor compliance with safe work procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining safety-related documentation, inspection records, checklists, and reports.
• Report accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions to the relevant management personnel.
• Assist in accident/incident investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, workers, and project personnel on safety matters.
• Monitor housekeeping, access routes, working areas, machinery, equipment, scaffolding, excavation, lifting activities, and other site hazards.
• Ensure safety signage, barricades, warning notices, and emergency arrangements are properly maintained.
• Monitor subcontractors and workers to ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
• Assist during safety audits, inspections, and visits by relevant authorities or clients.
• Keep up to date with applicable occupational safety and health requirements and communicate relevant requirements to site personnel.
• Perform other safety-related duties assigned by the Project Manager, Site Manager, or management.

Education:

• SPM (Related)
• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Site Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
