About the Company

Our client is a well-established Malaysian pharmaceutical manufacturer specialising in the production of quality pharmaceutical and healthcare products. The company operates in a regulated manufacturing environment with a strong focus on product quality, safety, and compliance.

Job Scopes

• Plan and schedule weekly/monthly production based on orders and inventory.
• Monitor daily production activities, output, manpower, and workflow.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Store, and Inventory teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor machine performance and resolve minor production issues.
• Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, waste, and production costs.
• Maintain production, machine, and attendance records.
• Ensure production activities follow SOPs and quality requirements.
• Work closely with QA/QC on in-process inspections and corrective actions.
• Investigate and report workplace incidents when required.
• Liaise between the production floor and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Knowledge on GMP and HALAL is required
• 2- 5 years experience in a production/ supervisory role in a manufacturing environment (preferably pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food industry)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing or Kaizen is a plus
• Able to analyze data and generate reports
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
