Responsibilities

Booking & Ticketing Operations

• Handle reservations and issue e-tickets using our booking platforms, ensuring fares and itinerary details are correct.
• Process payments, refunds, and ticket endorsements while keeping records accurate and up to date.
• Willing to work on the Weekend. ( Subject to Case Basis )

Customer Care & Communication

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat, confirming bookings and explaining ticketing rules clearly.
• Manage changes and cancellations, liaising with airlines and suppliers to find timely solutions for clients.

Admin & Reporting

• Maintain booking logs, reconcile ticketing transactions, and prepare simple reports for the team.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• SPM or equivalent; diploma in tourism, hospitality, or related field is a PLUS.
• Fresh graduates are welcome (especially who took Reservation & Ticketing subject in their course of study), with 0 years experience acceptable; on-the-job training will be provided. 

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of reservation systems and ticketing procedures, familiarity with GDS is an ADVANTAGE.
• Comfortable with MS Office, data entry, and online payment processing tools.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with friendly phone etiquette & driven by patient. 
• Organised, detail oriented, and able to work calmly when handling multiple bookings.
• Uphold a professional demeanour and behaviour, contributing positively to company’s image.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management to support overall company objectives.
