• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel when required.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries and conduct facility tours.
• Build relationships with prospects, families, healthcare professionals, care advisors, and referral partners.
• Follow up with prospects and guide them through the sales process.
• Manage the sales pipeline to achieve sales and occupancy targets.
• Plan outreach activities, marketing initiatives, and community events.
• Approach organisations, associations, and companies to promote our services.
• Update enquiries, follow-ups, and referrals in the CRM system.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Attend trade shows, conventions, and out-of-town sales visits when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Friendly, organised, proactive, and target-driven.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage.
