Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product registration for natural product (Traditional Medicine and Health Supplement), classification application, production notification for cosmetic, and other regulatory matter.
• To compile data for new product submissions, product variation, and response to correspondences from authority in a timely manner.
• To maintain the registration of marketed products
• To do checking and amendment on product information, labels, artwork and other documents as required for the regulatory compliance.
• Ensure local and international market regulatory requirements are in compliance.
• To apply for documents which need for export use such as Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product (CPP) and Certificate of Free Sale (CFS).
• Assist in application of importing document and permit.
• To develop checklist, maintain and updates the registration status for all product submission.
• Maintain regulatory archives, product master files, and registration status trackers.
• Ensure product complaints and recalls are handled in compliance with regulatory standards.  Others task assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Food Science/ Nutrition/ Biomedical/ Pharmacy or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Regulatory Affairs
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, AI & Photoshop
• Able to work under pressure with multi-disciplinary officials or groups
• Good communication and ability to work effectively
