Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site operations to ensure work is completed on schedule and according to specifications.
• Coordinate closely with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal site teams.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and work instructions to guide site workers accurately.
• Enforce site safety rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure strict safety compliance.
• Monitor project progress, manage execution on-site, and resolve day-to-day operational or technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate site reporting, documentation, and progress updates.

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Construction or a related field.
• Proven minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction site supervision.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and follow work instructions.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good reporting and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with site safety requirements and construction SOPs.
• Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with site teams.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Cantonese.

Preferred Skills

• Experience dealing with subcontractors and Main Contractor coordination.
• Strong discipline in execution, safety compliance, and progress monitoring.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
