Mega City Builder Hiring! Full Time Site Supervisor in Sabah - Ricebowl

About the role

Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah on a contract basis. As Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and execution of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate the work of construction crews, subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure timely and efficient completion of project tasks

2. Monitor and report on progress, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks to keep the project on track

3. Ensure construction activities comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

4. Liaise with project managers, architects and clients to provide updates and address concerns

5. Implement quality control measures and inspect work to identify and rectify defects

6. Lead and motivate the on-site construction team, providing guidance and support as needed

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role

2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment and safety protocols

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders

4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and contracts

5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges on site

6. Proficient in construction planning, scheduling and cost control

7. Familiarity with construction project management software and tools
