Job Summary

The Waitress is responsible for serving meals and beverages to clients and staff in a polite, hygienic, and caring manner. The role supports a calm, clean, and comfortable environment aligned with the therapy centre’s wellness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to clients and staff as per schedule
• Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness while handling food
• Set up and clear tables before and after meals
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and pantry areas
• Follow dietary instructions provided by the centre (if applicable)
• Assist clients respectfully, especially those needing special care
• Report shortages or issues to the supervisor
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times

Requirements & Skills

• Basic knowledge of food service and hygiene
• Polite, patient, and well-mannered attitude
• Ability to work in a calm and caring environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or care centre is an advantage

Working Conditions

• Indoor work environment
• Interaction with clients, therapists, and staff
• Shift-based work may be required
