Responsibilities
Key Activities/Accountabilities
- Manage and supervise the outbound operations team
- Ensure shipments are sorted, scanned and dispatched on time
- Monitor daily workload and assign duties effectively
- Ensure all shipments details and documents are accurate
- Follow up on pending shipments and resolve operational issues
- Coordinate with drivers, hubs and internal teams
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity and performance
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Perform other duties related to outbound operations
Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills :
- Diploma/Degree holder in any field
- 1–2 years experience as an Outbound Team Leader or in a similar supervisory role
