G-Cast Concrete Hiring! Full Time Yard Supervisor in Perak, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the precast concrete yard, ensuring products are stored, handled, and dispatched safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate and monitor loading, unloading, and delivery activities to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
• Plan and organize yard space utilization for precast products, raw materials, molds, and equipment.
• Lead and supervise yard personnel, operators, riggers, and forklift/crane operators to ensure productivity and compliance with safety requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections of precast products before dispatch and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Sales teams on delivery schedules and inventory availability.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records of finished goods, materials, and yard inventory.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Investigate and report any product damage, safety incidents, or operational issues within the yard.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and relevant statutory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Construction Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in yard operations, warehouse operations, precast concrete, construction materials, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in supervising a team of yard workers, forklift operators, and crane operators.
• Knowledge of precast concrete products, material handling, and delivery coordination will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with lifting operations, rigging practices, and workplace safety requirements.
• Ability to plan manpower, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple delivery schedules.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking systems.
• Willing to work outdoors and in a manufacturing environment.
• Possess a valid driving license. Forklift or crane operation certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Precast concrete, ready-mix concrete, building materials, steel, or construction-related industries.
• Experience coordinating product deliveries to construction sites.
• Knowledge of stock control and yard inventory management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
