Job Requirements

Qualification: At least a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent

Experience: 

1. At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing. environment of related field is preferred.

2. EMS - PCBA Manufacturing industry experience.

Skills:
1. Knowledge of Lean Management

2. Ability to interface with program management, manufacturing leads, customer and functional leads provide daily direction and guidance to junior associate and management.

3. Advanced knowledge of machines, tools, designs, uses, repair and maintenance.

4. Ability to design and understand precision technical plans, blueprint, drawings and models.

5. Knowledge of the ways various system interact and how changes in operations, the environment and other conditions will affect outcomes.

6. Knowledge of ISO QMS 9001 management.

7. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.

8. Good knowledge in capacity, productivity, manufacturing process and product costing.

Job Responsibilities

1. New product /models process & labor quotation. 

2. Work with product engineer on new product NPI stage for process set up arrangement.

3. Develop and prepare the WI & SOP for relevant process station for production.

4. Process improvement for quality, cost & delivery.

5. Manage manufacturing engineering documentation.

6. Improve line balancing to obtain best optimum production output.  

7. Provide training on process station to production employee.

8. New production process set up with effectiveness control plan meeting quality target.

9. Implement and improve the productivity and safety working environment.

10. Interface with production all activities associated with the new process implementation & transfer.

11. Set up production line by Lean manufacturing concept.

12. Working by follow the ISO QMS management.

13. Support BU on new products/models' new inquiry on process & cycle time improvement.

14. Maintain the working area always in a good 5S & safety working environment.

15. Any assignment as and when required by the company

16. Achieve company setting KPIs target.
