Job Responsibilities

• Receive incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods from suppliers.
• Verify incoming deliveries against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices.
• Inspect received items for quantity, quality, and any visible damage.
• Record and update all receiving transactions accurately.
• Label and arrange received materials in designated storage locations.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse, Purchasing, Production, and Quality Control departments regarding incoming goods.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, damages, or incorrect deliveries to the relevant department.
• Prepare and report daily production outputs.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of receiving records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area in accordance with 5S practices.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits as required.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, receiving, or store operations is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
• Able to read and verify shipping and receiving documents.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting when required.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
