[ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】

• Organize plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time
• Monitor line leader and operator
• Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities
• Prepare daily production report
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
• Liaise with hardware/ equipment supplier on quotation, delivery date and payment details.
• Responsible for the machinery acceptance, installation, adjustment, repair, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for machinery related import/ export matter.
• Liaise with OEM on machinery commissioning and technical related details.
• Provide training and technical guidance to technicians.
• Ensure all documentations, checklist, preventive maintenance (PM) and calibrations record are well maintained & updated.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

【REQUIREMENTS】

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical/ Mechatronics) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 working years in equipment management.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, 2D/3D software, CAD would be added advantage) .
• Able to read and interpret machine manual, mechanical drawing, and electrical scheme.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
