Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents
• Assist with bank reconciliation and checking bank transactions
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and assist with payment follow-ups
• Handle staff claims, petty cash and reimbursements
• Maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents
• Assist with audit, tax, SST and e-Invoice related matters
• Perform general office administration and data entry
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance or Administration
• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Experience with accounting software AutoCount is an advantage
• F&B, retail or trading experience is an added advantage
• Knowledge of SST and e-Invoice is an advantage

· Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
