Power Root Manufacturing Hiring! Full Time Production Executive in Johor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Job Descriptions:

- Develop and execute comprehensive production plans to meet output targets and deadlines.

- Manage daily production schedules, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure a smooth workflow.

- Track key performance indicators such as output, productivity and rejection rates, implementing corrective actions to maintain efficiency.

- Supervise and train production team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- Ensuring team adheres to standard operating procedures and company policies.

- Coordinate with Planner and warehouse teams to ensure a consistent supply of raw materials and packaging.

- Manage and track inventory levels using systems such as Porsis and Syspro to support production planning. Knowledge of ERP/SAP-equivalent systems and Microsoft Office programs is required.

- Serve as the primary liaison between the production department and other teams including planner, procurement, quality assurance and IT department to ensure seamless operations.

- Able to work and communicate effectively with staff at all levels.

- Perform additional (ad-hoc) tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field.

- At least 1-3 years of experience in beverage or FMCG production.

- Strong knowledge of production process, quality system, food safety regulation, HACCP , ISO 22000 and IOT knowledge.

- Good leadership, problem solving and communication skills.

- Willing to work under fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
