• Planning, scheduling, and execution of programme activities.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and training sessions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases for programme activities.
• Handle data entry, participant tracking, and programme documentation.
• Prepare summary reports, presentations, and official documents as needed.
• Ensure proper record-keeping and filing systems for easy access to information.
• Act as a liaison between programme teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Drafting emails, newsletters, and official communication materials.
• Respond to inquiries and provide relevant information to stakeholders.
• Arrange venues, travel, and logistics for programme-related activities.
• Assist in registration, attendance tracking, and material preparation.
• Ensure smooth execution of workshops, webinars, and training sessions.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
