Urban Empire Builders Hiring! Full Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Sarawak, Earn up to MYR 18,000 - Ricebowl

We are a leading construction and precast manufacturer based in Kuching, Sarawak. We arecurrently seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead ourfinance function and provide strategic financial leadership to support the Company's growthand business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Company's finance, accounting, taxation, budgeting, and reportingfunctions.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the Board and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, accounting standards,and statutory regulations.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, regulators, advisors, and other external stakeholders.
• Attend board meetings and various management meetings.
• Strengthen internal controls and corporate governance practices.
• Support corporate exercises and other strategic business initiatives where required.

Requirements

• Must satisfy the qualification requirements prescribed under the Bursa MalaysiaListing Requirements for the person primarily responsible for the financialmanagement of a listed corporation.
• Must be a fully registered Chartered Accountant - C.A.(M) under Malaysian Instituteof Accountants (MIA) with good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer/FinancialController/Finance Director, or in a role primarily responsible for the financialmanagement of a listed corporation.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS financial reporting, corporate governance, taxation, andregulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experienced in IPO exercise is highly preferred.

Pay: RM16,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
