Key Responsibilities:

• Assist gym members with registration and renewals.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all gym areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to members.
• Ensure safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Support day-to-day operations of the gym.

Requirements:

• Updated Resume/CV with a passport-size photo.
• Official letter from the university/college confirming the internship requirement.
• Latest academic transcript.
• Cover letter (optional but recommended).

Working Hours & Schedule

• Shift: Rotating shift basis
• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Off Days: 5 days per month (scheduled based on roster)

Suitable Candidates

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, Business Administration, Hospitality, Recreation Management, or related fields.
• Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) holders in Fitness Services, Sports & Recreation, Operations, or Service Management.
• Students or fresh graduates from any discipline seeking practical exposure in customer service, facility management, and fitness operations.
