• Supervise and monitor the daily work of the Customer Service team.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and within the required timeline.
• Monitor invoicing, e-invoicing, Credit Notes, and return processing.
• Ensure proper coordination with Finance, Sales, Warehouse, and customers.
• Review promotional and pricing information to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor order fulfilment and return-related reports.
• Follow up on pending orders, invoices, Credit Notes, and return notes.
• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance when required.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
• Review processes and recommend improvements to improve efficiency and reduce errors

Key Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with supervisory or team management experience.
• Experience in FMCG, F&B, Marketing, or related industries is preferred.
• Experience in order processing, invoicing, Credit Notes, returns, and customer/sales coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work within tight deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
