Pesat CTM Hiring! Full Time Sales Manager in Pahang - Ricebowl

We're looking for a Sales Manager who leads from the front — not from behind a desk.

At Proton Pesat CTM 3S Kuantan, you'll take charge of a close-knit sales team, with strong marketing support and a lineup of PROTON models that already have solid market demand. The rest is on you.

What you'll own:

• Drive the team to hit — and exceed — monthly and annual sales targets
• Build and execute strategies to grow enquiries, bookings and registrations
• Track leads, conversions, test drives and deliveries daily
• Coach and develop Sales Advisors into a team that owns its numbers
• Partner with Marketing on showroom traffic, roadshows and lead-gen
• Uphold PROTON's sales process and customer experience standards

What you bring:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
• 3–5 years of automotive sales experience
• A track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Dealership leadership experience preferred
• Strong coaching, negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus

Compensation:

RM3,500 basic + commission — this role is commission-weighted, with total earnings of RM10,000/month and above for performers who deliver. The more your team sells, the more you earn.
