Job Description

Responsibilities

Company Description Searah is Asia Pacific’s Independent Energy Champion, formed as a dynamic 50/50 joint venture between global energy leaders Eni and PETRONAS. By combining complementary portfolios, world-class technical capabilities, and deep regional expertise, Searah focuses on delivering long-term value and operational excellence in Indonesia and Malaysia. The company manages a robust upstream portfolio of 19 gas-producing and development assets, serving as a key platform for regional gas monetisation and deepwater innovation. Team members join a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety, performance, and responsible energy development across the region.

Role Description The Wellsite Material & Logistic Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the planning, movement, and tracking of materials, equipment, and supplies to and from wellsites. Day-to-day tasks include managing inventory levels at wellsites and warehouses, scheduling deliveries and pickups with carriers and vendors, and ensuring timely availability of critical materials to support drilling and production activities. The coordinator prepares and maintains logistics documentation, monitors material usage, reconciles stock records, and updates internal systems to maintain accurate inventory and shipment data. The role also involves liaising with operations, procurement, warehouse, and field personnel to resolve issues, optimize supply chain efficiency, and uphold safety and compliance standards in all material handling activities.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret usage data, monitor stock levels, and support planning and decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with wellsite teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders and to document logistics activities clearly.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond promptly to operational requests, manage expectations, and support internal partners with reliable service.
  • Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to track materials, perform reconciliations, and maintain accurate records across wellsites and storage locations.
  • Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management skills to plan material flows, schedule deliveries, and collaborate with procurement and logistics providers.
  • Relevant experience in oil and gas operations, wellsite logistics, or industrial supply chain coordination is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in inventory or ERP systems, standard office software, and basic reporting tools is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in alignment with company HSE standards are required.
  • A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or a related discipline is an advantage.
