Are you a hands-on operations leader ready to scale a high-growth retail brand?

We are expanding our footprint in the Phone Accessories & Mobile Gadgets industry, and we need a strategic Operations Manager to optimize, structure, and drive our supply chain and retail operations forward!

Location: Penang & Kota Bharu, Kelantan (Alternating weekly: 1 week Penang / 1 week KB)

Salary: RM 6,000 – RM 8,000 / month

Your Mission : Lead, streamline, and strictly govern our end-to-end operational ecosystem—from supply chain strategy and warehouse efficiency to multi-location retail stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Excellence: Establish and enforce SOPs across Purchasing, Logistics, Warehousing, and Outlets.

Inventory Control: Build auditing frameworks to minimize shrinkage, eliminate stock-outs, and control holding costs.

Supply Chain Management: Oversee vendor relations, order fulfillment, and central store replenishment pipelines.

Cross-Regional Leadership: Conduct site visits and operational audits alternating weekly between Penang and Kelantan.

Team Empowerment: Mentor and direct teams across Purchasing, Logistics, Central Store, and Store Supervisors to hit core KPIs.

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of operational experience in Retail, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Inventory Control (Consumer Electronics / Mobile Accessories background is a major plus!).

Work Mobility:

Must be willing to alternate work locations weekly between Penang and Kota Bharu.

Strong inventory forecasting, analytical, and multi-location leadership skills.

Languages:

Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin fluency is a plus for vendor communication).
