Job Summary:

• Assist with promoter and merchandiser scheduling and outlet assignments.
• Monitor promoter/merchandiser attendance and outlet coverage.
• Support roadshows, product sampling, launches and retail events.
• Coordinate POSM, promotional materials, samples and event equipment.
• Assist with event setup and dismantling.
• Monitor product displays, promotions and product availability at outlets.
• Collect store photos and prepare reports on outlet execution.
• Maintain activation, promoter and merchandising records.
• Support competitor and retail activity monitoring.
• Perform other duties related to shopper activation as assigned.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and reporting.
• Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
• Willing to travel to retail outlets and support selected weekend or public-holiday activations.
• Interest in shopper marketing, retail execution and FMCG is preferred.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
